Dear Eric,
On behalf of the Howard County Sesquicentennial Celebration Committee, Inc. I would like to thank you for your extraordinary performances at two major events: The Grande Finale Family Festival on July 1, 2001 and the Fireworks Celebration on July 4, 2001. Your Victorian Magic Show contributed greatly to the success of both of these events.
The Family festival, which featured multiple acts for people of all ages, was thoroughly enjoyed by the 9,500 attendees. Your performance was notable because you catered to every age group and were able to customize your magic acts accordingly. You quickly developed a rapport with your audience and held its attention for the duration. You were well prepared and flexible. In addition, your energy was boundless. You never ran out of tricks to amuse our guests. The Victorian Magic Show was particularly appealing to us since our goal with the Sesquicentennial Celebration was to bring, past, present and future together.
You also performed for us at our fundraiser at the Spear Center in Columbia, Maryland on July 4, 2001. The guests remarked on your professionalism in addition to your ability to amuse and delight. You were on time, you expressed a willingness to provide whatever was necessary and you were again flexible with the schedule of events. All enjoyed your magic show. The children in particular were delighted with the novelty of the acts. The adults were intrigued by your skill, baffled at how you accomplished each trick.
I will be happy to serve as a reference for future events, and again appreciate the quality of entertainment you provided for the Sesquicentennial Celebration.
Sincerely,
Lee M. Wildemann Executive Director Howard County Sesquicentennial Celebration Committee, Inc. |
